Wireless Range: 100 meters line of sight under ideal conditions with no obstructions. Because of the way radio signals work, obstructions or interference can reduce the effective range substantially. Every situation is different, but by way of example, one of our test cases is a wood-framed 2,600 square foot, 2-story home. Sensors can be read virtually anywhere in, or immediately outside, the home.
Wet Conditions: The HTP.xw features O-ring seals and a special sensor membrane, making it water resistant. While it is not submersible, it is perfect for wet conditions outdoors, in greenhouses, etc.
